RETURN POLICY

We hope you LOVE every Bold Co. Girl purchase, but for those rare cases, here’s what you can do!

Returns MUST be made within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Once the item or items have been received, a refund will be made to the original payment method used.

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Once the item or items have been received, a confirmation e-mail and coupon code for the value of the item or items will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the original order.

 

Should any products be returned damaged or used by the customer, no refund shall be initiated. If the product(s) were received damaged, please take and send photos of any damage to settle.rachel.bold@gmail.com, and store credit will be given, no return necessary.

Pop-Up Shop (in-person) sales are FINAL.

Subscription Bold Box sales are FINAL.

Sale items are FINAL.

Custom orders are FINAL.
